Brief Description

The Riverfest Crater Run 5k is our annual Riverfest 5k with a marked twist! This is not your ordinary 5k, it will be run up the South Rim of the Famous Wetumpka Meteorite Crater. A challenging elevation gain of about 450ft over 1.5 miles then turn and head back down. Stunning views on a winding hilly paved road. Click Here for Map

Additional Information

All pre-registered racers gauranteed a t-shirt. Remaining t-shirts given on race day until they run out. Awards will be given to top 3 in overall divisions for male/female and 3 deep in age categories using 10 year increments.

Parking/Registration: Registration will start at about 6:30am behind the Alabama State Employees Credit Union.
